Digital Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations or communications
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the field
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to multi-task, prioritize competing requests and attach levels of importance

Work tasks:

  • Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them
  • Manage post campaign analysis 
  • Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of customers

Software Developer

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or in another similar discipline is required
  • Experience with digital platform development
  • Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn

Work tasks:

  • Design, write, read, test, and correct code for the digital platform
  • Maintain the highest level of product reliability, code quality
  • Perform code analysis, requirements analysis, and system risk analysis
  • Identify new technologies, trends, and opportunities and how they might relate to improving our digital product and overall business

User Experience Designer

Qualifications:

  • A degree in visual arts with specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications 
  • Extensive knowledge in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, XD and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication skills to convey processes, ideas, and solutions
  • Awareness of trends in interaction and user interface design

Work tasks:

  • Design and create high fidelity user interface elements – layout, composition, iconography and typography 
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions, and features
  • Estimate cost and time to complete graphic design
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences

Customer Success Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience, 1-2 years in the role of Customer Support Representative
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communications and presentation skills – comfortable speaking to clients via email, virtual meetings and presentations
  • Strong analytical skills

Work tasks:

  • Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service 
  • Help customers resolve their issues quickly and thoroughly by investigating errors and communicating effectively
  • Provide feedback from client interactions and represent the customer perspective
  • Support tasks (answering tickets, phone calls, and other client inquiries) as needed
